Each Arami piece is thoughtfully made to order, created especially for you once your purchase is placed. All of our products are carefully manufactured and shipped from within the United States. Because every item is crafted upon request, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Shipping

After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once production has begun, we may be unable to modify your shipping address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at AramiComforts@gmail.com. We'll gladly work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at AramiComforts@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments, as each product is thoughtfully crafted by one of our trusted production partners. If this occurs, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
